Our mission

We provide a safe and nurturing setting for children and families affected by separation, divorce, child abuse or neglect, domestic violence, or mental or physical limitations. Our goal is to support family bonds that can grow safely, respectfully, and within clear boundaries.

Authorized child transportation subject to case-specific driver, insurance, restraint, route, and safety requirements.

Available only with written authorization and a limited child-safety review; not a custody evaluation or code inspection.

Use the client portal for sensitive records after CFV creates your individual account and case assignment. Do not send court orders, protected addresses, medical information, or detailed allegations through the public inquiry form or ordinary email.

    Provide general contact information, the requested service, and the county or service area.

    Upload current orders, agreements, releases, and other requested records through your assigned account.

    Complete case review

    CFV identifies the service level, participants, restrictions, safety conditions, consents, and payment allocation.

    Receive confirmation

    Service is reserved only after required items are complete and CFV sends written confirmation.
