What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The personal data that we collect are things such as name, birthday, age, address, telephone or email address; emergency contacts; relation to the child they are seeking to visit; attorney, GAL or CASA information; Planned forms of payment; court orders or any documentation related to visitation services; including restraining orders; Urinary Analysis reports, Chemical Dependency Treatment and progress reports; and if criminal charges have been filed. Information regarding the child will be required as well, such as name, birthday, age, address, any known allergies and type; any disabilities and if any medications are taken that may need to be distributed during visitation.
This information is collected to gain understanding and knowledge of why services are needed. It is collected to protect the visitation supervisor from any potential harm. This information will not be shared with third-parties or sold for profit.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
